◆Form 3(B);Letter of recommendation
The faculty seal (university seal), dean and supervisor's signature are mandatory on the form.
Scanned/printed seal and signature are NOT accepted.
◆Form 4(C)
G-course candidate are required to submit Form 4(C);Overview of studies and research.
Be sure to TICK THE BOX you have described; Project research or Learning.

◆Form 4(A)
Other applicants should fill out Form 4(A);Overview of bachelor's thesis.

◆Certificate of Student Status (3+2 applicants only)
G-course candidates are required to submit a certificate includes the sentence such as
“he/she is a JUNIOR or “he/she is a THIRD YEAR of university”
◆Certificate of Expected Graduation (4+2 applicants only)
4+2 candidates are required to submit a certificate includes the sentence such as
“he/she will graduate in JUNE 2022" or “he/she will earn diploma in JULY 2022.”
The important thing is that expected DATE should be stated in their certificate.
◆Certificates of English Language Ability
At least one of ORIGINAL certificates below should be enclosed in the applicant's documents.
